1. Where is the place of shipment?

Depending on the specific circumstances of the customer’s order, our place of shipment may be mainland China, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.

2. Does the quotation include freight?

We normally provide quotations such as FOB (loading at the export port) and CFR (shipping to the import port). The quotation needs to be based on the specific circumstances of the customer’s country.

3. Is the aircraft shipped together with the battery?

No, lithium batteries need to be shipped separately because they are special commodities.

4. Is it guaranteed that the purchased drone can fly normally in the customer’s country?

Yes, all our products are DJI overseas versions, and they will undergo strict factory inspections before shipment to ensure normal use of the flight.

5. Do you provide after-sales support?

Yes, our engineers will communicate with global customers through video calls to solve after-sales problems, and engineers can be dispatched to the customer’s country.
